No Call Centres
When you come to us for your household, motor or travel insurance you deal personally with a member of our staff on a one-to-one basis. A staff member will be allocated to your account and you will be given a direct dial phone number, so if you need to call us back you can get straight through to the same person. If you need to make a claim, call the same direct dial number and speak again with your personal account manager. If you wish, you can call in to our offices and speak to us face-to-face.
We do not operate call centres; we do offer genuine personal service.
The Right Policy
Your account manager will discuss your requirements with you in detail and can tailor policies to meet your needs. You may have specific risks that need to be insured, for example expensive equipment for your hobby, extreme sports on holiday or risk associated with the location of your property; these can all be covered.
The Personal Insurance Department is staffed by experienced account handlers specialising in this type of cover, and they can find the best policy to suit your needs. Your account manager will ensure that the level of cover provided is appropriate to your circumstances, so you don’t pay over the odds for cover you don’t require, but also don’t find yourself in the rather worse position of trying to make a claim and finding you are not covered at all.
Understanding Your Policy
We provide full details of the policy we propose to you before you take out the insurance. Your account manager will answer any questions you may have about the policy and the documentation we provide; it is in both our interests that you understand exactly what you are purchasing and we will take as much time as is required to make sure that is the case.
